The children in the School-age (Leaping Leopards) class are 6-12 years old.   The ratio in this class is 15:1 with a maximum of fifteen children.  Our School-Age program runs from 3-6:30 when public school is in session and from 6:30-6:30 when public school is closed.  This class runs year around with Summer Camp being offered all day during the summer months.

Every Day the children in this class are given the time and opportunity to complete homework assignments with the help of a teacher.   They are also allowed some free play where they can enjoy centers such as blocks , house corner, art, manipulativies, board games, music and dance,  and computers with age appropriate educational games (non-internet access), as well as some daily outside play (weather permitting).

Our goal in this classroom is to help each child reach their own highest potential by providing opportunities and activities that help the children foster a love for learning.
